We believe that many chronic pain syndromes, including fibromyalgia,
are potentially reversible using a self-management approach.
Rather than seeking physical treatments, the person in pain
awakens their own healing potential. The causes of chronic
pain are complex involving physical, psychological, and social
factors. By addressing all these factors, people in pain
can become self-managers, taking charge of their lives and
pain. Click
here to learn more about self-managers.
